Anonymous asked: Hi, I’m thinking about studying in London next year, and I somehow found your blog when I was searching University of Westminster. So you probably live in central London, right? I was wondering if you live on campus or if you’re renting privately, and how much is the rent?
I would really appreciate your answer, so thank you!

Yeah I live right in central london on Marylebone Road right infront of Madame Tussuads. Im in the Marylebone Hall in the Marylebone campus of wMin but they have other accommodations off campus which are anywhere from 15-40mins away from class. depends what course you want to study and which campus you are based in they try and put you in the closest hall but they don’t guarantee anything.

There is the Regent street campus and New Cavendish campus which is a 20min walk from Marylebone, then there is the Harrow campus which is a good 30 mins on the tube away but if you are studying courses at the Harrow campus then they put you in the Harrow student accommadations.

If you don’t get a place in student halls you can try Unite student housing. there is a place real close to Marylebone road called Beaumont court. its pretty fun and very social (they party almost every day there so if thats not your scene then maybe stay away).

I pay 168GBP a week. which is unbelievably cheap considering my flat is in one englands most expensive burroughs and finding a good place to stay under 180pw is quite difficult around here. Beamont court is 185 i believe.

anyways, what subject are you planning on studying? Let me know if u want anymore information. cheers
