class is over… shall we get a pint?

As many of you know, one of my most favourite pastimes is day drinking, and luckily im at the Marylebone Campus of the University of Westminster and the student union made and AMAZING uni bar (pictured above). On thursday we had out Technical Skills lecture which was supposed to go from 230-5 but it ended at 4… so as me and my new friends Ryan and Harish were walking out Fiona asked us if we wanted to go for a pint… next thing we know is that we are 4 pints in, and making plans to go out again. We left inter:mission went to my flat (we walked out the door of the bar and went up the elevator to my flat :D!!) then headed to Rocket bar where before i know it I was SLOSHED and vomed all over the floor of the bar. hahahaha can you say lightweight?!

its been rough meeting people here, i missed the first 5 days of orientation so everyone pretty much had their social groups set up and my rez is not conducive to socializing like Brooks was :( and on top of that two of my 5 floormates dont speak english :S alas i met some wicked fun architecture students and luckily Harish has introduced me to so many of his roommates at his rez!

But yeah, i love, and always have loved going to the school pub with friends randomly during the day (hmm maybe this is why im perpetually in student mode and signed up for another 7 years?) but yeah randomly me and Harish were walking down the architecture building towards inter:mission after spending like 3 hours in the casting studio working on some plaster casts friday afternoon to buy tickets for the freshers finale and this guy was just like “Hey Harish! Where are you going?!” and Harish was like, “Oh we’re just going to inter:mission…” and the guy cuts him off and was just like, “aw fuck, thank god, ive been looking for someone to get a drink with! lets go…” hahah and me and Harish just look at eachother thinking facckkk hahah here we go again (this was the next day after me voming at Rocket and second day in a row of drinking).

This guy seemed pretty legit haha he was a Russian guy, seemed like a fun kid to drink with, it was 2:22pm and he had class at 230 and he was just like, “yeah yeah its gunna be a quick one hahah i just need a drink before this class…” lol keep in mind class only started on monday… and its just like introduction week so there really isnt any substance aside from course outlines… its gunna be a good year!
